Finally set up the scrolling texture, meaning that I can make waterfalls now in this Game Maker Studio 3D world.

Also, as a heads up, I'm fixing up bugs I found and was pointed out, finish some cutscenes, and fix parts before I preview a biiig scene. Stay tuned!
